Our standard paraplanning service involves you meeting with your client, uploading the case to our system, and us working on it for you, before you go back out to see your client. Which works well.
However, the 2020 lockdown caused us to look at how this might change the way financial services works in future. Many advisers are continuing to ‘meet’ with their client online and so we realised, we could just as easily ‘attend’ the meeting.
And so, our Virtual Paraplanning service was created. This is an adhoc service available to our members, and we can support you however much you need.
We have in house Associate Paraplanners, who are fully trained on client liaison, and attending the meeting as if part of your internal team.
